DIARY AND EMOTION TRACKER

The diary feature encourages users to reflect on their experiences and preserve valuable memories, along with promoting better self-understanding. Users can record narratives related to important aspects of their lives—such as relationships, travel, or work—while associating them with their current mood. This enables Gladdy to analyze collected data and identify emotional triggers. The app provides users with statistical graphs to help them explore patterns in their mood, thereby fostering a greater understanding of their thoughts and feelings.

Gladdy prioritizes user wellness and mindfulness; when it detects a need for support, it offers encouraging words or suggests engaging in one of its effective daily mental exercises designed to boost mental well-being.
