DIARY AND EMOTION TRACKER

The diary feature encourages users to reflect on their experiences and preserve valuable memories, along with promoting better self-understanding. Users can record narratives related to important aspects of their lives—such as relationships, travel, or work—while associating them with their current mood. This enables Gladdy to analyze collected data and identify emotional triggers.
